b) Programming for Manual Mode
For manual mode, you can program a specific temperature and duration (1 - 99 hours).
If manual mode is activated (see chapter 9. d), the room thermostat will maintain the
temperature for the set time (e.g. 22 °C for 2 hours). After the end of this time, the room
thermostat will return to automatic mode.
Manual mode can be used, e.g., if you want to interrupt automatic mode for a
specific time.
Example:
Night reduction is started around 11 PM in automatic mode. However, you may
be having a party that will run into the early morning and you want to keep
heating the room.
In that case, simply activate manual mode and program the desired temperature
and time.
Proceed as follows:
• If programming mode has not been started yet (see chapter 8. a), push the button
"
" (15) briefly first. The two symbols " " (8) and "
" (11) will flash in the display.
Then use the buttons "
" (14) and "
" (16) to select manual mode; the symbol " "
(12) must flash.
• Confirm the selection with the button "
" (15). The value for the temperature setting
flashes at the upper left of the display then (basic setting 22 °C).
• Set the desired temperature to be maintained by the room thermostat with the buttons
"
" (14) and "
" (16).
• Briefly push the button "
" (15). The hour number (e.g. "H 02") will flash at the top of
the display.
• Set the duration (in hours) for which the room thermostat is to maintain the previously
set room temperature with the buttons "
" (14) and "
" (16).
After the end of the set time, the room thermostat will return to the automatic
program.
• Briefly push the button "
" (15) to end the setting mode.
