8. Programming
If the room thermostat is switched off via the on/off switch (10), the power-LED
(13) goes out and there will be no display. Programming is not possible like this.
Switch on the room thermostat by pushing the on/off switch (10) so that it latches
and the power LED (13) lights up.
Observe:
When operating with the buttons "
" (14), "
" (15) or "
" (16), the display
lighting is activated automatically for approx. 15 seconds.
If no button is pushed within 15 seconds, the room thermostat will return to
regular operation and the display light will go out again.
a) Starting/Terminating Programming
• Briefly push the button "
" (15). The two symbols " " (8) and "
" (11) will flash in
the display.
• Use the button "
" (14) and "
" (16) to choose between the following modes:
- Manual mode:
Symbol " " (12) flashes
- Time setting mode:
Symbol "
" (11) flashes
- Automatic mode:
Symbols " " (8) and "
" (11) flash
• Confirm the selection with the button "
" (15) to start the programming of the respec-
tive selected mode.
Observe the following subchapters for this.
• To end programming, keep the button "
" (15) pushed for two seconds. Alternatively,
wait for 15 seconds without pushing a button.
