5.2 When the Emulator Debugger Does Not Start Up Properly
(1) When the LEDs of the M30870T2-CPE Do Not Display Normally

(1) Check that both the main and sub clocks of the emulator
debugger are not set to "EXT".
See the CLK command of the emulator debugger.
(2) Check that the oscillator circuit board is properly installed in
the emulator and is oscillating.
See "2.9.2 Selecting Clock Supply" (page 46).
Target Status CLOCK LED does
not light up.
Connected
When the clock is supplied from an external oscillator, check that
the oscillator circuit in the user system is oscillating properly.
Target Status RESET LED does
not go out.
Connected
Check that the reset pin of the user system is pulled up.
