Regency GF1500LST Gas Fireplace

maintenance

VALVE TRAY REPLACEMENT

PRIOR TO SERVICING THE FAN, ENSURE THAT UNIT HAS COOLED

TO ROOM TEMPERATURE, ALL POWER IS DISCONNECTED AND

GAS SUPPLY IS TURNED OFF.

1. Remove faceplate, inner frame, glass door, front trim piece and end panels

on one side- see instructions in this manual.

2. Remove logs.

3. Remove burner side panels by lifting out as shown in Diagram 1.

4. Remove burner by removing 2 screws in locations shown below.

5. Slide burner to the left and lift out.

6. Remove 12 screws securing valve tray.

7. Lift out valve tray to remove.

8. Replace with new valve tray.

9. Reverse steps 6 through 1 to reinstall new valve tray.
