Regency GF1500LST Gas Fireplace

FAN SERVICE

NOTE: THIS UNIT HAS 2 FANS

PRIOR TO SERVICING THE FAN, ENSURE THAT UNIT HAS COOLED

TO ROOM TEMPERATURE, ALL POWER IS DISCONNECTED AND

GAS SUPPLY IS TURNED OFF.

1. Remove faceplate, inner frame, glass door, front trim piece and end panels

on one side- see instructions in this manual.

2. Remove logs.

3. Remove burner side panels by lifting out as shown in Diagram 1.

4. Remove burner by removing 2 screws in locations shown below in Diagram 2.

5. Remove end panels—see instructions in this manual.

6. Remove 11 screws to remove fan access panels as shown in Diagram 3.

7. Remove 2 screws to release fan bracket.

8. Lift fan out.

9. To remove fan on opposite side—repeat steps 6-8.

10. Reverse steps to reinstall fan(s).
