- Keep a normal breathing pattern when
exercising; never hold your breath.
- if any exercises or use of this product
causes pain, please StOP immediately
to prevent serious injury.
THE DISQ
- as fun as diSQ workouts are, your diSQ
is not a toy! Please keep it out of reach
from children.
- When disqing, check that there is
sufficient room around you to stretch
out the diSQ cords without getting in
the way of anything or anyone around
you.
- diSQ must only be worn by one person
at a time.
- do not let other people pull on
the cords while you are wearing your
diSQ belt.
- When not in use, your diSQ must be
stored out of reach and not accessible
by children.
THE DISQ CORD
- the diSQ cord is intended to carry the diSQ
resistance and repetitions.
it shouldn’t be wrapped around anything or
anyone.
- though the cord is extremely durable, it will
wear down and risk snapping if wrapped
around sharp edges.
- When you are exercising, do not let the cord
touch your bare skin.
- Cutting the cord will void your warranty.
THE DISQ & WATER
- though the diSQ is weather resistant, please
do not submerge it completely under water.
- the diSQ is not machine-washable, but you
can hand wash the belt, taking care not to
get the diSQs wet.
USING THE DISQ
- Consistently working out with the diSQ set
to the maximum resistance level accelerates
the normal wearing process.
