14.1 MAINTENANCE
Adjustments and repairs to the Vibra-Sandmaster must be performed by authorised, technical staff
only.
Only use original Vibra-Sandmaster
parts for maintenance or repairs so as to guarantee the safety of
the machine and user.

Check for loose bolts / nuts.

Presence and legibility of the
safety stickers (Fig. 5).

Check for any damage to the
hydraulic components.

Check the tyre pressure.

the drive line and grease all
lubricating points.

Tighten the loose nuts / bolts.

Replace if not present /
damaged.

Repair or replace, if so
required.

Replace if necessary.
After every use

Clean the machine.

Caution required with the
bearings if a high pressure
washer is used.
