Operation Operation
Rayco LCM Fault Indicator Screen
• To view Engine Faults Screen, on main display press
button #4
• To return to the main screen, depress the “Door Icon”
(Item #8).
• MC090- The MC090 is the data communication link to
the LCM (Frame Logic Control Module)
• J1939- The J1939 is the data communication link to the
ECM (Engine Control Module).
The MC088 and theJ1939 are the components that make up
the CAN (Controller Area Network)system. Communication
through the CAN is critical for the machine to operate. If the
communication wires are damaged or have bad connections,
the C120R will not start or operate.
Engine Faults Screen
1) Switch between Active and Inactive Faults
5) View the previous fault.
6) View the next fault
8) Return to the Main Screen.
Depress the Left Arrow button to return to the Faults Screen
SPN/FMI
The SPN FMI refers the standard trouble code table that
can be referenced on line or in the engine manual.
OC
OC references the number of occurrences that the
machine has triggered the fault.
Active/Inactive Faults
Active faults are faults that are current faults that need
attention or correction. Inactive faults tell the history of
the machine and do not need attention or correction right
away.
Engine Data Screen
From the Main Display Screen, depress buttons #5, 6 or 7
to view the Engine Data Screen.
To track or monitor fuel consumption, depress item #5 to
reset the Fuel Used number after each refueling. This value
displayed is the number of gallons used since the last reset.
Depress item #8 to return to the Main Screen.
