C120R Operator Service Maintenance Manual

Troubleshoot

Electrical Information

This troubleshooting sheet will assist in diagnosing the crawler microprocessor, wiring and electrical components. The
microprocessor pin legend can be used to verify wire continuity to particular electrical components. Fuse panel information
gives replacement fuse sizes and indicates the functions each circuit controls. Additional information and complete wire
harness drawings can be obtained through your local Rayco dealer.

Other Electrical Functions:

Shut-down Circuit: The micro contains a shut-down circuit to protect the machine when a serious failure occurs. If the micro
receives a signal from the Engine Oil Pressure Switch, Engine Temperature Switch, the coolant level switch DEF system or
Hydraulic Oil Level Switch, the appropriate indicator light will turn on and the micro will alarm for 10 seconds. After 10
seconds of continuous signal the engine will shut-down.
Main Circuit Breaker: A 50 Amp circuit breaker (1) is located on the right hand side of the engine compartment near the
hydraulic test ports. This circuit breaker controls main power to the key switch and has a reset button incase of an overload.

Engine Fuse Panel Information:

Location: Fuse Panel is located inside the left hand side of
the engine enclosure just above the battery.
Cover Removal: Squeeze the clips and simply pull up the cover.

Identification:

Reference the inside of the fuse panel cover when
troubleshooting and testing fuses.
