Switching on the control unit

Prerequisites:



The control unit is connected correctly to the winter service spreader and the
tractor (for an example, see chapter

3.3: Connecting the control unit,

page 15



A minimum voltage of

11 V

is guaranteed.

CAUTION

Risk of injury due to ejected spreading material

In the event of a fault, the metering slide may open unexpectedly
when driving to the spreading location. There is a danger of slip-
ping and injury to persons due to ejected spreading material.



Before driving to the spreading location,

be sure to

always switch off the electronic control unit QUANTRON-K2.
