Brake torque path
The brake (6) is always electrically disengaged when the motor (4) works. As soon the motor stops, the brake
engages and blocks the rotation of the hoisting gear components and the chain sprocket.
NOTICE
Only use the emergency stop button to stop the movement in the event of a
malfunction or another emergency situation. Using the emergency stop button (e.g.
as a hoisting limit, to stop the hoisting motion) can cause the load to swing
unexpectedly.

Operation of the traveling function
When the relevant button is activated on the controller, the trolley travels horizontally along the rail. Direction and
speed can be selected with the direction buttons. When the motor is not running, the brake holds the motor in place
and prevents it from moving unintentionally.
The motor drives the traveling gear, which in turn drives the wheel. The traveling gear reduces rotation speed and
increases the torque to move the trolley. In normal use, when direction control is released on the controller, the
main brake closes and brings the hoist to a gradual, controlled stop.
