Replacing the chain

Detach the chain bucket.

Remove the endstop by pulling out the rubber (3) and
opening the clutch (1, 2).

Open the hook block and remove the chain.

Remove the chain from the hoist by driving the motor.

Feed the new chain to the hoist. Fix the chain to the chain
tool and feed it through the chain guide.

Fix the hook block, make sure that the chain is fixed to
the hook block with the pin. The pin should be replaced
every time the chain is replaced.

Fix the endstop to the chain end and place the chain into
the chain bucket. Note that dimension (*) should be at the
minimum 150 mm (5.9 inch).

Fix the chain bucket to the hoist.
