Trolley 

 
Run the trolley at least 3…5 times over the whole length of the girder. Check that the trolley moves 
smoothly. Check that the wheelbase of the trolley is correctly adjusted. 

 

9 

Brake operation 

 

Check that the hoisting brake operates correctly in both upward and downward directions. The 
braking distance is normal when it is less than two links without load (and two links with load).
