DJUSTING THE TRANSPORT

DANGER:

implement, there is a risk of severe or even fatal
injuries.
- Never use the implement in close proximity to
power systems or live devices.
- Maintain a safe distance of at least 6 m from power
systems or live devices.
- Never remain in the implement's vicinity if it is
close to power systems or live devices.
Before driving on a public road:

Move the implement into the transport position.
ʈ
Check that the signal and lighting elements are clean and
functioning properly.
9.1 Adjusting the transport position
CAUTION:
Ensure that all distributors are blocked in the
suspended or neutral position before you drive on
public roads.

IMPORTANT:
The manual block is obligatory to keep the imple-
ment in the transport position and to therefore se-
cure its position. If the rotary distributor is handled
incorrectly, the locking bolt ensures that the imple-
ment remains in the transport position.
IMPORTANT:
An operating error on the distributor, which activates
the offset cylinder can change the implement's
transport position. Please deactivate the distributor
(see the tractor's operating instructions) to prevent
any accidents.

Rotate the plough a quarter turn and then lock the transport
position: Use the handle to remove the locking bolt (item 1).
ʈ
Lower the implement: Its centre of gravity is lower, which
increases its stability when transporting.

This functional play does not reach as far as the stop and
enables the accumulator to perform its function of a damper
for the lifting circuit.
ʈ Lock all control levers in the cab (hydraulic distributor, lift,
etc.) to prevent any inadvertent movement that may cause an
accident.
ʈ If the tractor is equipped with a lock for the stabilisers, lock
them to prevent any unwanted movement.
