10.3.1 Longitudinal
alignment
2

1
1
As of the 2nd pass, an adjustment wheel is in the track of the
previous pass. The plough must be aligned longitudinally
(front/rear). The implement must be aligned level so that all
plough bodies work at the same depth.
Adjustments
ʈ
Ensure that the front adjustment wheel is adjusted correctly
(see § 8.6).
ʈ
Use the rear wheel's screw to adjust the working depth
(see § 10.2).
ʈ
Lower the tractor's lifting arm until the front adjustment wheel
is rolling along the base of the track. The 1st plough body
therefore works at the same depth as the last plough body in
the previous pass.
ʈ
Position the bolt on the top link.
-
The top link's bolt must be higher on the implement side than
on the tractor side. Note the following: 1 < 2.
-
Adjust the length of the top link's bolt so that the bearing rail is
parallel to the ground when working.
10.3.2
Side alignment (plumb line)
90°
The implement must be aligned sideways (from left to right).
The leg must be at a right angle to the ground.
