The

Status

page provides two views for the system hardware:

• Physical View

The physical view displays the physical representation of the virtual
components (tape drives, tape cartridges, and robots) of the VTL.
Each drive and tape cartridge is displayed in the tape drive and

storage bin sections. Clicking on a tape drive or cartridge displays the

specific details for that device on the right hand side of the page.
Select the partition you wish to view from the drop down list. The

Show/Hide links will either display or hide information on the

selected tape drive, tape cartridge, or robot. Clicking on a tape drive,
tape cartridge, or robot displays detailed information about the
selected device.
