Place the Advanced Stabilizer over the sides of the QLK-150
Cover (
HHH
).
66.
Apply Threadlocker to the 6 Bolts (5/16 - ¾”) and tighten
them through the Advanced Stabilizer, QLK-150 Cover, and
appropriate flange application (
JJJ
).
67.
Screw the appropriate 3/8” Countersunk Stabilizing Bolt
through the treaded hole on the wheelchair bracket; and drive
the wheelchair into the QLK-150, in order to achieve the
proper spacing for the Advanced Stabilizer. Tighten all 6 Bolts
(5/16 - ¾”) to 45ft-lbs torque (
LLL
).
For some applications, it may be necessary to drill and
thread a hole 2½” or more in front of the 5/8” docking
pin on the wheelchair bracket or on the frame of the
wheelchair; to accept the 3/8” Countersunk Stabilizing Bolt.
68.
Push the Manual Release Lever to release the wheelchair from
the Docking System (
MMM
).
Do NOT accidently push the Manual Release Lever
while the vehicle is on or in motion, for it will release the
wheelchair.
69. Reconnect main power source.
70.
Place back all the vehicle panels that were removed
during installation according to manufacturer instructions.
