MOUNTING THE QLK-150 WHEELCHAIR
DOCKING SYSTEM
Inspect the underside of vehicle floor, note utilities,
frames, cross-members, fuel tanks and other possible
obstructions.

Line up the 3/8” (9.5 mm) mounting holes from the Docking
System with the ones marked on the vehicle floor. Make sure
the Docking System is levelled and parallel with the vehicle
floor

Remove Docking System before drilling holes.

Drill 6 or 4, 3/8” (9.5 mm) downward holes (
WW
) where
Docking System is marked.
The QLK-150 Wheelchair Docking System MUST be
secured with all 6 bolts for WC-19 wheelchair, Bariatric
Chair and any wheelchair weighing 200kg (440 lbs.) and
above; for all others weighing less than 200kg (440 lbs.) it
can be secured with the 4 corner bolts.

Use supplied large washers and hardware (Grade 8) (

) to
secure the QLK-150 Wheelchair Docking System.
56.
Line up the 3/8” (9.53mm) mounting holes and then bolt the
Docking System to the vehicle floor by using the mounting
hardware provided. Place the 3/8” (9.53mm) bolt through,
Docking System, vehicle floor, 4” (101.6mm) washer, washer
and secure it with the lock nut (

).
Make sure the Docking System does not shift in any
direction while mounting it.
