The Dash Control is not working.
Check that the Dash Control Wire Harness is connected to the
Electronic Control Module (ECM).
The Release Button on the Dash
Control or the Auxiliary Release
Switch are not working.
The vehicle needs to be turned OFF in order for the Release
Button and Auxiliary Release Switch to work. It’s a safety feature.
The Red Light on the Dash Control
turns ON then OFF.
The wheelchair is not secured in the Docking System therefore
the Locking Pawl is still open.
The Green Light on the Dash Control
is turned ON but the Wheelchair
is not secured in Docking System.
The Docking System is locked, make sure the vehicle is turned
OFF then press the Release Button or the Auxiliary Release
Switch to open the Docking System.
The vehicle is OFF, the wheelchair
in not in Docking System but the
green light on Dash Control is ON.
Press the Release Button or the Auxiliary Release Switch to open
the Docking System and green light on Dash Control turns OFF.
The Green Light on the Dash Control
will not turn ON.
The wheelchair is not secured in the Docking System therefore
the Locking Pawl is still open or the Dash Control Wire Harness
is not connected to the Electrical Control Module (ECM).
How do I turn off the steady
audio beep?
Press the Touchable Surface to mute the steady audio beep.
How do I turn on the steady
audio beep?
The only way to turn on the steady audio beep after it’s been
turned off is to reset the Docking System; by turning off the
vehicle and turning it back on.
How do I manually release the
wheelchair from the
Docking System?
Push the Manual Release Lever, the Locking Pawl opens and
releases the wheelchair from the Docking System.
The Docking Bolt will not engage
into the Docking System.
The Locking Pawl is locked, with the vehicle turned off, press
the Release Button on the Dash Control or press the Auxiliary
Release Switch.
All Lights are OFF
on the Dash Control.
The Locking Pawl is open and the wheelchair is not secured
in the Docking System.
