Ripple control receiver for active power control (REMOTE)
The following information applies primarily in Germany. This control allows
realisation of the graduations recommended in VDE-AR-N4105 without the
need of any additional hardware.
A ripple control receiver for active power control can be connected to the Remote
input. Power limitation takes place by default in four steps 0 %, 30 %, 60 % and
100 %.
If there are several inverters the ripple control receiver is connected to only one of
these, information is transmitted from this inverter to the other inverters via the
RS485 interface. (See chapter 5.11 Interconnecting an inverter group)
CAUTION
Faulty functioning possible without shield connection.
The power limitation parameters are set as follows in the factory:
Contact 1 (K1) at 0% rated output
Contact 2 (K2) at 30% rated output
Contact 3 (K3) at 60% rated output
Contact 4 (K4) at 100% rated output
You can activate and configure the function of the ripple control receiver via the
integrated web server. For more information, please read chapter 7 Operation and
monitoring via the web interface.
CAUTION
In a group of inverters transmission of the ripple control signal only takes place via
the RS485 interface or the Ethernet interface of the inverters.
