Shutting down and dismantling the inverter

DANGER

Dangerous electrical voltage!
Risk of fatal injury, death due to electric shock!

The inverter operates with high voltages and must be disconnected before any
work is carried out. In addition dangerous electric arcs can occur if the DC plug-in

connector is pulled out before the DC connector switch has been switched off.

DANGER

Dangerous electrical voltage! - Do not open the device!
There could be life-threatening voltages inside the device even when it is
switched off and disconnected from the supply lines! Do not open the

housing!

CAUTION

Protection against touching hot parts
Hot surfaces on the device housing possible! Risk of injury! Risk of injury!
Risk of burns! Do not touch cooling vents or the top of the housing while

in operation. (surface temperatures can exceed 70°C)

Allow sufficient time for the device to cool down before touching it.

CAUTION

Risk of injury due to great weight!

At least two persons are required to dismantle the inverter

Shutting down and dismantling inverter:

Action

Switch off the inverter as explained above.

You can now remove the DC plug-in connector with a screwdriver.

After this you can remove the AC plug-in connector.

4

Remove the communication plug-in connector from the inverter.

5

Finally remove the earth connection from the earthing bolt.

Remove the lift-out protection of the inverter by taking out the lateral fan grids and

unscrewing the wall mounting bracket screws.

7

You can now dismount the inverter by lifting it up and off the wall bracket. Take note that
the device is very heavy. Several persons should dismount the device depending on how

heavy it is.
