Web & Email Setup

Tap on

Edit

and check that the dialling settings are correct

for your location (this is not necessary for the ‘Mobile’

location), e.g. you may need to change the

Area code

Tap

when you have finished setting up your dialling

location.

Setting up your modem

To specify the type of modem you are using:

Move to the System screen and tap the

Control Panel

button on the Toolbar.

Open the

Modems

icon

to display the modem settings.

Tap on the

Current modem

line, and select the modem

you’re using:
Select ‘Generic modem settings’ if your type of modem isn’t

shown. If the generic settings don’t work for your modem,

tap

New

to add a new entry for your modem. See the

documentation supplied with your modem for the required

settings.

Tap

when you have finished setting up your modem.
