adjusted according to the patient's size. By pressing the footrest/entry aid forward with the foot, the
lever arms with the handles are brought into a comfortable starting position. For this purpose, the weight
block is lifted and the changes to the weights, including the fine graduation (optional), must no longer
be made. At the end of the training set, the weights must be put down gently by pressing against the
footrest/entry aid.
Care must be taken during practice to ensure that the cervical spine remains in the neutral position and
that the head is not taken forward. The Range of Motion Limiter (optional) for the end position is located
above the weight block and is adjusted by loosening the fastening screw. The start position is not
individually adjustable.
The movements can also be performed alternately, in which case only half of the weight is moved (pulley
principle).
Older and weak people should train only with smaller weights.
