Specific patient positioning
The training is done in a standing position. The knee joint of the respective standing leg should be
slightly bent. The height of the arm rest pad is adjusted so that the upper body is in a slightly inclined
position during the workout. The upper body is stabilized via the forearms on the arm pads. For
additional stabilization, the hands grasp the middle handle on the left or right, depending on the side
to be exercised.
The standing leg is on the left or right side of the footplate, while the leg to be exercised rests on the
footplate and is moved backwards. The hip should be kept stable during the entire movement process.
The Range of Motion Limiter (optional) for the end position is located above the weight block and is
adjusted by loosening the fastening screw.
