Warranty
This is based on the General Terms and Conditions of proxomed for warranty for defects, unless
otherwise agreed.
Our general terms and conditions of sale and payment (GTC) in their current version, can be viewed on
our website.

This is extended in accordance with our warranty conditions, which can also be viewed in their current

The warranty/guarantee is void if modifications are made to the device without express instructions or
if these modifications are carried out by unauthorized personnel.
As soon as a warranty/guarantee case occurs, notify the proxomed service hotline immediately by
c49 (6023) 9168 77.
proxomed will immediately arrange for service, but reserves the right to determine the type of service.
The following procedures are conceivable.
a) Service is performed on site by our service personnel.
b) We will send the requested spare part.
c) We will send a replacement unit.
The defective parts will be returned to us by the customer within 48 hours. Otherwise, the calculation of
the delivered spare parts will be made.
If the causes lie outside the warranty/guarantee area, proxomed reserves the right to charge all repair
costs.
Notice.
Wear parts (e.g. belts) and consequential damage caused by wear parts are not covered by the warranty.
Resulting interventions by our service department are also subject to a charge for the customer during
the warranty period. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the functionality of the device by
replacing the wear parts at an early stage if the intervals for safety checks specified by proxomed are
not adhered to or if no maintenance contract has been concluded with proxomed.
