Specific patient positioning
The sitting position during training is upright. The seat height is individually adjusted via the release
under the seat. The legs are placed in front of the body on the floor or footrests and should reach an
angle of approx. 90° at the knee and hip joints. The upper body is stabilized during the workout via the
chest pad; the pelvis remains in an upright position. The depth of the chest pad can be adjusted
individually using the locking bolt. When exercising, make sure that the cervical spine remains in the
neutral position and that the head is not taken forward.
Different hand/arm positions are possible via the rotating handles.
The Range of Motion Limiter (optional) for the end position is located above the weight block and is
adjusted by loosening the fastening screw. The start position is only partially individually adjustable.
