Trunk Keys
By using trunk keys, you can seize specific trunk lines (refer to the chapter
Assignment of Internal and External Call Numbers on page 95).
If you configure a new SIP system telephone, the first trunk key will be
automatically configured with the internal call number of the telephone. You
can add further trunk keys for the telephone:
● on the L2 key of the telephone,
● on the programmable keys of the telephone.

Calls on page 107.
Feature Keys
If you configure a new SIP system telephone, some important key functions
are preset. You can programme these functions on other keys for delete the
programmed functions if required.
To use the system features on the telephone sufficiently, the following
programmed key functions should be always available:
● R-key ,
● Status menu .
Note: To use a Status menu key on the Forum IPhone 5010, you need
to change one of the preset keys P1 to P3 to assign this function.
