Menus at Your SIP System Telephone

Presence

: You can inform other communications system users regarding your 

presence status, e.g. you are currently not in the office. The text 
appears on the display of the caller of an internal call provided that the 
caller’s telephone is a system terminal.

There are pre-defined message texts available for this. Use the 

 and 

  navigation keys to select the desired text. If no message is to 

be displayed, select the text

Operation at the Forum IPhone 5010 / Forum IPhone 5020: 

– Taste  : You confirm the input.
– Taste  : You delete the character left of the cursor. 

Operation at the Forum IPhone 5030:

 softkey: You confirm the input. 

–

Delete

 softkey: You delete the character left of the cursor. 

–

ABC/abc/123

 softkey: You switch the character input mode.

“Phone settings” Menu Group

Ring tone

:You can configure the different ring tones for incoming calls on your 

telephone. 

If multiple trunk keys are configured for you telephone, you can set the 
ring tone for each trunk key individually. Select the desired key and 
confirm your selection. 

Operation at the Forum IPhone 5010 / Forum IPhone 5020: 

External calls

 / 

VIP call

 / 

Door call

: Select for which 

calls you want to configure the ring tone. Confirm your selection. 

Enter the desired ring tone (0-15). Confirm you selection with the 

 key.

The   key deletes the configured ring tone - after this you can select a 

new ring tone.
