Menus at Your SIP System Telephone

147

Operation at the Forum IPhone 5030: 

Select a recording from the list. Press one of the following 
softkeys. 

–

Play

: Listen to the recording. You can use the number keys to 

control message playback:

 4 

(rewind), 

5 

(pause) and 

6 

(fast 

forward).

–

Info

: You will see duration, date, and time of the recording as 

well as your internal call number used for the call. For a call 
recording, the call number and name of the caller is also 
displayed. For a conference recording, the name of the 
conference room resp. the conference invitation is also 
displayed. 

–

Delete

: The recording is deleted.

–

Delete all

: After a confirmation prompt, you delete all 

recordings from your voicebox. 

–

Forward

: You can forward the recording to another 

subscriber. Enter the call number of the other subscriber 
under 

Dest.:

 (Destination). 

Note:

 A recording is only stored in the communications system 

once. If you share a voicebox with several users of the communi-
cations system, a recording is only deleted from the system when 
the last user deletes the recording.

Charges

: You see the charges for the last call and the sum total for your 

device. If there are multiple trunk keys configured on your telephone, 
you can view the individual charges for each of these keys. To do so, 
select the desired trunk key and confirm your selection.

Remote charges

: You can view the charges of other Forum 500 / 

Forum 5000 communications system users. To do so, your user group 
has to have 

Charges

 authorisation from your system administrator. 

No.

: Enter the internal call number of the other telephone. 

Hunt group

: If your telephone belongs to one or more hunt group(s), you can 

use this menu entry to switch hunt group signalling for your telephone 
on or off. When there are multiple trunk keys configured on your tele-
phone and assigned to hunt group call numbers, you can switch the 
hunt group signalling for each of these keys on or off. To do so, select 
the desired trunk key and confirm your selection.
