Telephoning

Operating the function on a SIP system telephone

The “Call recording” function can be operated on the system telephone by
means of a programmed feature key or via the

Conversation

menu.

Starting and stopping call recording (with a programmed “Recording”
feature key)

You are in a telephone call.

Starting and stopping recording (via the “Conversation” menu)

You are in a telephone call.

Start recording

Press the feature key. When the recording is session is
started, the LED of the key lights up. The LED is on during
the entire recording session.

If the communications system is configured accordingly, it
produces a beep when the recording session starts.

Stop recording

Press the feature key again. The LED is switched off.

Start recording

Press the programmed

Menu >>>
