Token monitoring time
Set from the upper layer (in units of 1 ms).
Allowable refresh cycle time
Calculated from the refresh time only for cyclic transmission.
Refresh cycle measurement time Measurement value in a circulation of a token: Present value.
The maximum value and the minimum value from the start time
are held (in units of 1 ms).
Allowable minimum frame

effective (in units of 100 microseconds).
