The quantitation results can be added to a report using the integrated Quantus™ Fluorometer by selecting

Quantitate

in the bottom left of the screen. See previous section for Quantus™ Fluorometer operation.

Quantitation results can be reviewed (if collected and saved) by touching on the

Quantitation tab

on the

bottom of the Run report.

The Quantitation Report screen shows data gathered using the

Quantus™ Fluorometer.

Using the buttons on the left side of the Report View window, you can

Print

reports to a printer that can be accessed by the Tablet PC.

•

Export

reports in Microsoft Excel

format (Figure 58).

•

Quantitate

Samples (optional) and associate the results with this report. This choice will only be

displayed if a Quantus™ Fluorometer is plugged into one of the USB ports on the back of the Maxwell

RSC Instrument.
