GENERAL PRESENTATION
The control panel is meant to command and to power the corresponding refrigeration installation. The correct use of this
equipment is under the installer or operator responsibility.

The control panel is generally composed of a metallic enclosure in which are installed some metallic frames for components
mounting, rails, cable channels… The control panel is normally designed to be installed in a machine room, except special cases.
It is generally composed by:
-
1 main switch also used for the main power cable connection if no specific terminals
implemented,
-
1 phases repartitor,
-
all protective features for command and power circuits,
-
all necessary driving/command features (pressostatics / regulators / plc),
-
door mounting features for command and signalization,
-
connecting terminals for sensors and actuators,
-
eventual ventilation systems (natural or forced),
-
accessories, electrical diagram et technical documents if necessary.

The control panel is described in details in the electrical diagram located inside the enclosure.

The electrical diagram is numbered by a letter corresponding to the index : first index A, then
B..C..D..E… at each modification, followed by many characters (ex : ACB3, B161236…))

The job number is present on the control panel identification label : indicated « A.R. » + 6 figures.
The electrical diagram has :

On page OP1 :

At the center : Site / Customer name.

At the bottom, the AR Number to use as job reference for any exchange with Profroid.
