DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Packaged air condenser units, designed for installation outdoors and consisting primarily of:
-

2 to 4 OCTAGON BITZER compressors

-

1 PROFROID air condenser V Type with helicoid fans (condenser above compressors compartment)

-

1 liquid receiver with safety valve

-

1 electrical cabinet

-

1 galvanised sheet metal frame

-

white painted sheet metal side panels (sound proof insulation as option)

Applications

Medium and Low Temperature

Fluids: R404A/R507A/R134A/R407F/R407A/R448A/R449A.

INSTALLATION

HANDLING

Handling could be made by forklift or crane:
By forklift:
Make sure of compatibility with dimensions and weight of unit
Unit must be taken under the frame perpendicularly to the length.
By crane:
4 lifting eyes (internal diameter 40mm) are available on upper side of unit.
Instruction below must be strictly respected

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS

It must be exactly level in order to avoid creating an accumulation of oil at the lowest point, in pipes, or causing vibrations.
Sufficient space should be left around and above the unit (minimum 1m) to allow maintenance and air circulation for condenser
The unit must be screwed on ground (holes are arranged on the frame)
