6.6.2.

Setup (menu 6.2.)

The Watchdog Setup mode is used to select which CARRIER and DATA panel LEDs
are to be 'alarmed' prior to running the Watchdog to the Results Log.

On entering Watchdog Setup mode, the LCD shows:

Select alarms on

CARRIER and DATA

The CARRIER and DATA panels no longer display their usual information, but instead
show alarmed LEDs lit, and 'masked' (non-alarmed) LEDs extinguished. One LED at
a time is selected for adjustment, which flashes. The current LED is selected using the
[<] and [>] keys. The [EDIT/CLEAR] key is used to toggle the alarmed state of the
current LED, which is indicated by the duty-cycle of its flashing - mostly-on when
alarmed and mostly-off when masked.

Note that the 'WRT REF' LED cannot be alarmed for use by the Watchdog.

When the desired pattern of alarms is selected, return to the `Watchdog' level of the
menu system, by pressing [EXIT].
