Installing the Hardware

For mounting the chassis into the PRIMECENTER Rack the
following parts and kits are required:
•
Two side rails with rail extenders
•
Accessory kit S26361-F3229-E999, including
•
1 support bracket
•
16 cage nuts
•
10 M4x10 centering screws (torx, including plugwashers)
•
Accessory kit 852-000011, including 18 10-32 x 3/8 Phillips
screws

Remove the side rails from the chassis shipping carton.
The side rails are adjustable in length using rail extenders, which
allows you to modify them to fit the depth of the rack.
2.
Using three 10-32 x 3/8 Phillips screws loosely attach each rail
extender to the side rails (1 in Figure 3.3). Use the screw holes
on the right as shown in Figure 3.3.
