Your generator is supplied with 2 Euro torches. To connect them: Plug the torch hose into the socket on the front of the welder and secure
by hand screwing in the threaded connection, paying attention not to damage the contacts.
5.2 EURO TORCH ASSEBLY
Open the right panel, where you can fi nd the terminals for the connection and where the torch can be placed if not in use.
Plug the torch terminals into the sockets:
-plug and handscrew the 7 pole connector into the correct socket (18).
-plug the plastic gas hose into the gas connector (20), before you plug it be sure that the gas tube is clearly cut.
To connect the gas hose it is suffi cient to plug it into the connector; to remove it just pull back the external ring and pull the gas hose.
-connect the supply cable to the clamp (19), be sure to secure it tightly.
-then fi x the bunch of cables in the appropriate place with the cable fi xers supplied.
5.3 SPOOL GUN ASSEMBLY
6.0 GAS CYLINDER AND REGULATOR CONNECTION

The bottle (not supplied) should be located at the rear of the welder, securely held in position by the chain provided.
The cylinder fi xing clamp is made to accept either the classic cilinder ø 220 or 2 ø 160 cylinders at the same time. To change the cylinder model,
remove it, turn it and replace it again.
For safety, and economy, ensure that the regulator is fully closed, (turned counter-clockwise) when not welding and when fi tting or
removing the gas cylinder.

Connect the gas hose to the regulator securing with clip/nut provided.
(Prima mig Synergic 210 is supplied with two gas hoses on the rear panel, one is for the Argon, the other one is for the mixture gas or for CO
2

Screw the gas regulator fully down on the gas bottle valve, and fully tighten.

Turn the power on, open the cylinder valve, then set the gas fl ow to approx. 8l/min. on the regulator.

Operate the torch trigger to ensure that the gas is fl owing through the torch.
WARNING: Cylinders are highly pressurized. Handle with care. Serious accidents can result from improper handling or misuse of com-
presses gas cylinders. Do not drop the cylinder, knock it over, expose it to excessive heat, fl ames or sparks. Do not strike it against
other cylinders. Follow the instructions on paragraph 1.7.
