1. Loosen the wing nut (Fig. 32/5) at the

2. Slide the clamping rail (Fig. 32/3) in the
vehicle’s driving direction (forwards)
until the clamping rail hooks (Fig. 32/4)
are freed and the clamping rail can be
removed away from the vehicle.
3. Remove the old rubber deflector strips
(Fig. 32/2).
4. Position the new rubber deflector strips
(Fig. 32/2) in place.
5. Mount the clamping rail (Fig. 32/3)
from the outside and slide back by
hand so that the clamping rail hooks
(Fig. 32/4) engage.
6. Tighten the wing nut (Fig. 32/5) so that
it engages in the thread of the clamp-
ing rail (Fig. 32/3) and tightens the
clamping rail firmly.

Adjusting the rotary brush
head
If you notice that the cleaning performance
of the vehicle is no longer regular, make
a visual inspection as to whether the
rotary brush head has a greater clearance
from the ground on one side compared
to the other. If this is the case, contact an
authorized PowerBoss service center to
have the rotary brush head readjusted. A
PowerBoss service center has the tools
necessary to do this.
This work may only be completed
by an authorized PowerBoss
service center!
