Agitation Settings
As noted previously, the DECI utilizes a combination of heat, detergents, and agitation to remove non-critical
support material from 3D printed parts. The agitation that is used during the process is controlled by a
proprietary equation, called Agitation Algorithm™ (AGA).
The AGA Settings are comprised of four overall levels of agitation cycles from low agitation to high agitation, and
within each level, an additional four segments can be configured. This offers the flexibility within the configuration
to introduce all four levels of agitation at varying time intervals throughout the cycle.
These settings will be covered in detail throughout the pages that follow.

, the first screen within the Agitation
Settings is the Level 1 Agitation Configuration screen. The center of the screen displays the four segments that
comprise the Level 1 Agitation. The tabs on the left side of the screen access the setting controls for each level.
On the right side of the screen, the buttons to access the four levels is displayed. Since Level 1 is active, it is
grayed out. The other available levels are displayed in
ORANGE
.
