1. Operation
When the DECI is turned on, the spray rack automatically homes as long as there are no
alarms active. The operator can move the spray rack forward and backward by using
the
FWD
and
REV
buttons.
The “P” indicator (located between the
FWD
and
REV
buttons) displays whenever
the spray rack reaches the mid-point or “Park” position. If the spray rack is not in the
center position, the “P” indicator is not visible. In Manual Mode, the spray nozzle racks
will not move unless they are controlled via the
JOG SERVO
buttons.
The
SPEED
bar near the top of the screen controls the speed at which the upper spray
rack moves. For slower movement, select a lower setting and for faster movement
select a higher setting.
Once the spray rack has been homed, the
SPRAY RACK
POSITION
bar is displayed. The
SPRAY RACK POSITION
bar is used to select the desired position for the rack. To
set the position, move the slider to the desired setting and
press the
MOVE
button. To the right of the control title the
current position is displayed.
