Screw the threaded-end of a commercially available slide hammer -1-

into the drilled holes. Carefully remove the seal -2- by swapping the slide

hammer alternatively between the drilled holes

Make a drill jig according to the following sketch (paper our thick

card). All dimensions in millimetre
