HEATING MAIN MONTAGE INSTRUCTIONS  CV4.04 

 

Check on air tightness of the connection. 

 

 
 

 

 
In  case  when  connection  needs  to  be 
checked  for  air  tightness,  then  such 
steps should be performed: 

1. Complete montage steps 1-3; 5-10.  

Exception: don’t drill an air release hole 

in Ø3 mm! 

2. 

Screw 

in 

special 

nozzle 

with 

manometer,  attach  air  pump.  Pump 
pressure in the sleeve up to 0,2 ÷ 0,5 
bar. 

Keep 

track 

of 

manometer 

readings.  Proceed  with  the  sleeve 
montage  only  if  pressure  drop  in  10 
minutes is not noticeable. 

Use  soap  water  for  determination  of 

air leakage. 

3.  Install testing device.
