Do not switch to a language that is diffi-
cult to understand as this may make it
difficult to find your way back through
the screen structure.
Downloading maps
To ensure access to maps in Google Maps even
when the car has poor or no online connection,
map data is saved automatically.
Maps automatically downloads maps based on
the car's current position and patterns of move-
ment. These maps can be used when the car
has no online connection in order to
• provide map data to the car's safety and navi-
gation functions
• provide access to Maps in areas with limited
or no online connection.
It is also possible to select a map area manually
and download.
