For additional analysis, tap the
icon to open a new submenu. In this submenu:
•
Tap the icon to adjust the global temperature measurement parameters (see 3.2.1).
•
Tap the icon to add, modify or delete a regional temperature measurement
information (see 3.2.2).
•
Tap the icon to change the thermal image display mode (see 3.2.4).
•
Tap the icon to add or change the voice annotation (see 4.3.1).
•
Tap the icon to add or change the text annotation (see 4.3.2).
•
Tap the icon to see general file information.
After secondary analysis is complete:
•
Tap the icon to save/resave the file with new radiometric information.
•
Tap the icon to close the interface.
4.2
IrAnalysisTools software
Users can also analyze images with the IrAnalysisTools computer software tools.
Step 1 Install the IrAnalysisTools software in the USB disk or CD-ROM to the computer;
Step 2 Start the analysis software;
Step 3 Using a USB data cable or SD card reader, copy the image of the IRimg folder in
the camera or SD card to the common directory on the computer disk;
Step 4 Use the analysis software for image analysis, as well as report editing, exporting,
and printing.
Please refer to the IrAnalysisTools software user manual for complete
documentation. This document can be opened from within the software by
tapping the icon.
4.3
Annotating radiometric image files
By using annotations, you can save additional information with the radiometric image file.
Annotations can provide important information about an image (e.g., conditions and
information about where the image was captured), making reporting and post-
processing more efficient. Annotation information can be added to the thermal image
file before it is saved and can be viewed and edited later in the image gallery. After a
radiometric file is captured, or when it is reopened for editing from the image gallery, the
following screen is displayed.
