SECTION 7 - MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
The following calibration procedure provides a manual method of testing the 41-752 Battery Simulator for compliance
to its specification. The test is designed to ensure that the product is fully functional.
The procedure assumes the 41-752 is correctly installed in a suitable chassis and the soft front panel described in
this manual has been launched.
Required test Equipment

One or two DMM’s, 100µV or better resolution on DC voltage. Most 5½ digit DMM’s will meet the
requirement.
●
37-way D-Type connector assembly, recommended Pickering part 40-965-037
Test Procedure
Output Voltage Check
Connect a load to the output connector of the 41-752 module as shown in Figure 7.1.
Measure the voltage across the output terminals of the 41-752 module as below using a DMM, record the results
and check against the specification limit value.
