Removing/inserting sewing head

Turn off compressed air!

Switch off main switch and ensure that it cannot be turned back on accidentally.

To remove the sewing head, remove the protective cover

Remove the cover plate

Unplug pneumatic power supply

 and electrical power supply

Unhook catch

 and fold down sewing head.

 

●

Remove V-belt from belt pulley on motor.

 

●

Lift sewing head and remove from its bracket.

 

●

Remove the ground cable of the sewing head.

 

●

To insert the sewing head, carry out the steps above in reverse.
