Needle bar-parallel guide
Requirement
The guide rod

must be parallel to the needle bar.

Move needle bar to TDC (hole

Loosen screws

Position the greatest eccentricity of pin

toward the bottom.

Move the recess of the guide bar

against the eccentric pin

Turn eccentric pin

according to the
requirement
and tighten nut

Push guide rod

down and then up as far as it will go, making sure that the bush

not move sidewards (if necessary, readjust eccentric pin
