Bobbin change, bobbin case and bobbin thread tension

Lift ratchet lever

and swing in safety bar

until it rests against the machine.
●
Press
change bobbin
key (stacker moves forward).
Remove bobbin case:

Raise latch

and remove bobbin case

Inserting bobbin in bobbin case:
●
Insert the bobbin so that the bobbin turns in the direction of the arrow when the thread is
pulled.
●
Thread according to
Fig. 10-04
and regulate the thread tension at screw

Inserting bobbin case:
●
Raise latch

and insert bobbin case

with the bobbin in the hook.
●
Release latch

and press lightly on bobbin case

until it engages properly.
●
Press
change bobbin
key.
●
Swing back safety bar

to starting position.
