60 . RamanFlex 400 Series Getting Started Guide

Moving the Instrument

WARNING

The RamanFlex 400 spectrometer weighs about 20 kg. Two people are

needed to lift the instrument.

If you need to ship your instrument you must use the original supplied packing materials to

prevent damage to the system.

When the instrument has reached its destination you should perform the calibration routines

described in

Calibration and Performance Verification SOPs

on page 78.
