Firmware Update

The firmware update function enables you to benefit from the latest software developments.

Firmware Update

Before you perform a firmware update, ensure that all diagnostic manager windows are closed 

and that the ADM is connected and online.

1.

Right-click the 

Advanced Diagnostic Module

 in the project section and choose 

Additional 

Functions > Firmware Update

.

 The firmware update window appears.

Check Device

 in the device data section.

 The firmware file section displays the product description and the current firmware version 

of the selected device.

Select the firmware source in the

Connection Loss
In some situations, the advanced diagnostic module (ADM) disconnects 

during the update process. Do not try to reconnect manually. The ADM recon
